How to get IT Management to a security event...

...hold it at a car showroom and racetrack!

Gigamon asked us to work with its reseller, Axial Systems, to drive IT and Security Management to an event promoting their products and services. Gigamon's GigaSECURE maximises network performance by promoting visibility of the network, allowing security tools to be optimised to prevent them from slowing down the network.

Based on this, we researched venues that were synonymous with performance, and eventually settled on Mercedes-Benz World as the ideal venue. Access and parking was easy, the environment was exciting and they had refreshment facilities, a lecture and theatre room and any number of driving experiences; speed, safety and skid pan, as well as driving simulators and a museum of Mercedes old and new.

The eventual campaign included a landing page for registration, a series of eComms, driven through our marketing Automation tool, giveaways and a telesales operation. Hartley-Stone coordinated the entire campaign, created and wrote the assets, and managed the event and follow-up.
